Club Board & Membership Meetings

The Club Board & Membership meetings are held at the clubhouse at 6:30 PM on the first 
Tuesday of each month. Meetings are open to the public.

The meetings are a combination Board & Membership type meeting with the members giving 
input or suggestions to the Board prior to a Board vote. The meeting are held using the 
guidelines of Robert's Rules. Meetings require a quorum of the Board for any vote.

A General membership meeting is held on the first Tuesday in December. The ballots for the 
election of new officers and other measures will be counted at the December meeting.

Meeting dates may be changed by the Board due to conflicts or lack of a quorum. 
The notice for any changes, special meetings or elections, will be posted on the Club web 
site in the Online newsletter.
