By-Laws changes must be presented to the Board and Membership prior to a vote in Dec.
each year. Minor corrections that do not effect the overall meaning of an Article will not
be made unless other changes are made to the By-Laws. The minor corrections will be
noted below.

Article X Sec. e.
The Board may enter into contract(s) or leases to facilitate the operation of the Club. All
contracts or leases must be approved to a two-thirds vote of the Board.
